There is no feature-gated tier. Every plan carries the full lineup — the only difference between tiers is how many devices stream at once. The five pages below go into detail on each.

Which devices do these features work on?

How does the feature set differ between plans?
It does not. Every IPTV Americans plan carries the identical feature set — the same +59,000 channels, +250,000 movies and series, and 4K Sport channels, the same HEVC Main10 adaptive ladder, the same seven-day electronic programme guide, the same cloud DVR and the same parental controls. The only variable between tiers is how many devices can stream at the same time: one, two, three or four. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, and no feature is sold as an add-on.
That is a deliberate choice and an unusual one. Most television packages reserve 4K, recording or a second stream for an upgrade, so the advertised entry price rarely reflects what a household ends up paying. Here the entry price is the price for the whole feature set; the only question is how many people watch at once.
What do you actually need to use them?
A broadband connection of 25 Mbps per concurrent 4K stream, a router on 802.11ac or better, and a device you almost certainly already own. There is no proprietary set-top box, no installation appointment and no engineer visit — this is a streaming subscription, not hardware. Setup runs to about four minutes: install a player app, sign in with the credentials emailed on activation, and the channel list populates itself.

Common questions about the feature set
Is 4K available on every channel? No. 4K HDR is available where the broadcaster originates a 4K feed — chiefly sport and current-year film releases. Everything else streams at the highest quality the source provides, which is usually 1080p.
Does the DVR have a storage limit? Recordings are held in the cloud rather than on your device, so local storage is not a constraint. Retention follows the catch-up window for the channel in question.
Can parental controls be set per person? Yes. Restrictions apply per profile and categories can be PIN-locked, so a household can share one subscription without sharing one set of rules.
