What you get for $29 a month
Most folks who switch from cable tell us the same thing: they were paying $140 to $200 a month for a basic-plus-sports cable package, and they were watching a small handful of channels regularly. With us, you get all the same channels — and a great many more — for about one-tenth of the price. The picture quality is the same or better. The remote works the same way. And there is no installation visit, no equipment rental, and no two-year contract that doubles in price after the first year.
Here is what is included on every plan:
- Your local channels — ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, your local independent stations
- All the news channels — CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, Newsmax, BBC News, plus your local news
- Sports — ESPN, ESPN2, FS1, NFL Network, NBA TV, MLB Network, Golf Channel, Tennis Channel
- Classic movies and TV — Turner Classic Movies, Hallmark, Hallmark Mysteries, AMC, INSP, Me-TV
- The Weather Channel in HD, plus your local National Weather Service feeds
- Lifestyle and home — HGTV, Food Network, Magnolia Network, Discovery, History, A&E
- Kids and grandkids — Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, PBS Kids, Boomerang

"Comcast was charging us $187 a month. My husband and I switched in February and we pay $69 every three months now. The picture is sharper than what we had on cable. The grandkids set it up for us in about ten minutes."
"I called the support line on a Sunday morning and a real person picked up. He walked me through the Fire Stick setup. Took maybe twelve minutes. I've been with them eight months now and I haven't called back once — it just works."
"The Hallmark channel, Turner Classic Movies, the Weather Channel, FOX News and the local stations — that's what I watch. They're all on. Same remote, same buttons, same shows. I just don't pay Spectrum anymore."

Questions our customers ask before they sign up
Is the setup complicated?
No. The whole setup takes about four minutes after you sign up. You get an email with simple, large-type instructions. If you'd rather have us walk you through it on the phone, we can do that too. Phone support is open seven days a week, US-based.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from the day you sign up. If you change your mind for any reason — or no reason at all — call our support line or send an email, and we will refund your money in full. No questions asked, no fees deducted.
Do I need a smart TV?
No. The service works on the TV streaming device you may already own — Amazon Fire TV Stick, Roku, or Apple TV. If you don't have one, we recommend the Fire TV Stick, which costs about $30 at most stores. It plugs into the back of any television with an HDMI port. Setup is the same.
Will I get my local news and weather?
Yes. All your local channels — your local ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and PBS stations — are included, just as on cable. So is the Weather Channel, plus 24-hour cable news from CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, Newsmax, and BBC News.
Can my grandkids watch on their iPad when they visit?
Yes. With the 2-TV plan or larger, you can watch on a tablet, phone, or laptop in addition to your TVs — as long as the total number of screens streaming at the same time stays within your plan. Children's channels (Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, PBS Kids) are all included.
How do I pay?
By credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card is not charged anything more until you choose to renew. We do not accept cryptocurrency or any unfamiliar payment method — older customers are often targeted by gift-card scams, and we make sure those are not part of how we do business.
Is this legal?
Yes. We are a licensed reseller of broadcast and cable channels in all 50 states. The act of subscribing to and watching a streaming TV service is legal under US law. We don't carry pirated streams. Read the full compliance test we apply to every channel uplink.
What about scams? I'm careful.
Smart of you. Here is what we will never do: we will never call you out of the blue and ask for your credit-card number. We will never ask you to pay with gift cards, prepaid cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. We will never threaten to disconnect your service unless you "verify" your account by phone. If anyone calls claiming to be from IPTV Americans and asks for any of those things, please hang up and call us back at our published number above.
What if the internet goes out?
The same thing that happens with Netflix or any other streaming service: the picture stops until the internet comes back. Cable TV runs on the same lines that bring you the internet, so when those go out, your cable goes out too — only the cable company doesn't refund you for it the way we do.
