7-day money-back guarantee
Every IPTV Americans plan, in every US state and in the UK and Canada, includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not meet your household's needs within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee.
How to request a refund
Email support@iptvamericans.com from the address used at checkout, include your order number, and state a one-line reason. There is no retention call and no "cancellation department" routing.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 7-day window
Beyond 7 days, refunds are at our discretion; legitimate service-outage credits may be issued for qualifying outages during primetime broadcasts when documented with date, time, and channel.
Statutory rights
UK subscribers also have the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; Quebec subscribers have additional protections under the Consumer Protection Act. These statutory rights are in addition to this policy.
